2. No Guarantee of Results
Real estate investing involves risk. Your success depends on many factors, including your personal effort, commitment, market conditions, and how you apply the strategies taught.
Platinum Investing Group LLC does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or financial return.
You understand and accept that results will vary for each individual. Any testimonials or success stories shared by clients are not to be interpreted as guarantees or typical outcomes.
3. Student Responsibility
You acknowledge that in order to see results from any coaching or course,
you must take consistent action, complete assignments, and apply the training provided.
The Company is not responsible for your failure to implement strategies or take initiative.
You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results in life and business. You agree not to hold the Company or its affiliates liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes based on the coaching or training provided.
4. Payments and Refunds
All program fees must be paid in full or according to an agreed payment plan. Due to the nature of the digital content and live coaching provided,
all sales are final and non-refundable
unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, videos, templates, worksheets, and resources provided by Platinum Investing Group LLC are the intellectual property of the Company and are for your personal use only. You may not duplicate, share, or distribute any materials without express written permission.
6. Confidentiality
You agree to respect the privacy of fellow students and clients and to keep any shared information, business strategies, or personal experiences confidential. Likewise, the Company will treat your private information with care in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
You understand that Platinum Investing Group LLC is not a licensed financial advisor, CPA, or attorney. The coaching and training provided are for educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as legal, financial, or investment advice.

8. Limitation of Liability
